Orders to Australian destinations are shipped by registered parcel post delivery.
Postage to all Australian destinations are calculated by weight.
On-line orders purchased via Money Order will remain valid for 7 days and will be cancelled if payment is not received within this time.

Everything Australian will ship all over the world. Postal rates for international destinations are calculated by weight.
Average delivery times for international orders are as follows:

    Important Shipping Information

    Everything Australian endeavours to process and despatch orders promptly and efficiently. The shipping time guides provided on this website are quoted by Australia Post and indicate approximate shipping times only - they are not guaranteed delivery times.

    Everything Australian cannot be held responsible for delays in parcels arriving at their destinations. This includes, but is not limited to: delays with any nominated carriers or carrier agents/representatives, delays in customs processing and clearance, delays resulting from industrial strikes/protests/wars/natural disasters.

    You have the option of purchasing insurance with your parcel. Insurance provides compensation in the event of parcel loss or damage. Everything Australian will provide assistance in locating any delayed or missing parcels, however we will not be held responsible for uninsured parcels declared lost by the postal service. Uninsured parcels with a value less than $100 AUD cannot be investigated.

    Delays in Delivery Australia Post will commence an investigation to find a parcel if goods are not received within the following timeframes:
    Air Mail - 15 business days from the date of dispatch
    Economy Air - 6 weeks from the date of dispatch
    Sea Mail - 3 months from the date of dispatch

    Import Tax/Duty

    The payment of any customs duty/import tax is the responsibility of the purchaser. On request, Everything Australian will provide information, where available, on importing our products to your chosen country.

    You may elect to have your order insured.
    Insurance rates are added to your order total during the checkout process and calculated as follows:

    $7.00 per order up to $100.00 order total plus $2.00 per extra $100.00 order total.

    Everything Australian recommends that you purchase insurance to avoid disappointment. Please note that investigations with the postal service can take up to sixty days.

    In the rare event your parcel is declared lost by the postal service, you will be entitled to a full refund for your order if you have your parcel insured. Refunds for lost/missing insured parcels will not be considered until any investigations are complete.

    Please Note: Insurance is not available on orders to Germany and Brasil, Argentina & Indonesia.

    All goods are returnable, with no questions asked, provided the following conditions are met:
    · Products must be returned in the same condition that you received it in.
    · All labels must be returned with the product.
    · Products must not be returned worn or used, unless faulty.
    · The cost of return postage will not be refunded
    · Receipt of goods is less than 3 months.
    · Akubra hats, fitted with chin straps and rivetted holes, may not be exchanged.

    Special Order Items

    Please note that all special order hats sales are final. No exchange or refund is available on special order Akubra hats requiring a three month lead time for manufacture. Upfront payment for special order hats is required - your upfront payment is a tangible commitment to your order. If you are unsure of your size, please contact Sam for assistance.
